Hesketh-with-Becconsall Parish Council

A message from RICHARD PLANT

Dear Resident

As many of you know, I retired as Rector of All Saints in July 2007, but have continued to live in the village.

I served on the Parish Council for a number of years, during which time I was Chairman, and now having had a six month break feel the time is right for me to stand for election again.

Whilst on the Council I always tried to serve the community to the best of my ability and if I am re-elected will endeavour to do so again; as Hesketh Bank is now my permanent home I am certain, as I am sure you are, that we need a strong council and I honestly believe that I can serve with honesty and integrity.

I hope my experience and abilities will enable you to give me your confidence and your vote on 1st May, so that I may continue, with my fellow councillors, to look after your interests as we move together into the future.

Richard Plant
